• Home made yoghurt and fruit compote
• Porridge served with fruit compote
• Fruit juices
• Full Scottish Breakfast - bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs (fried, poached or scrambled), homemade potato scones extras black pudding and or haggis
• Full Scottish Vegetarian Breakfast –mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs (fried, poached or scrambled), Vegetarian sausage and vegetarian haggis
• French toast with bacon and maple syrup
• Mushrooms on toast
• Omelette with a choice of fillings
• Smoked Scottish salmon with scrambled egg
