We serve a full gourmet breakfast in the dining room overlooking our lovely garden or alfresco on the patio. Try our full Millers64 Scottish breakfast and watch out for Louise’s homemade specials!

Or if you prefer to a more leisurely start to your day have breakfast in bed - take advantage of our room service continental breakfast menu.

Sample Menu:

• Home made granola, with fresh yoghurt and fruit compote
• Fresh fruit juice
• Full Scottish Breakfast - bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs (fried, poached or scrambled), black pudding and potato scones
• Full Scottish Vegetarian Breakfast – Portobello Mushroom, tomatoes, eggs (fried, poached or scrambled), Millers64 homemade Vegetarian sausage
• Eggs Benedict – poached eggs with bacon and hollandaise sauce
• Brioche French toast with bacon and vine tomatoes
• Smoked Scottish salmon with scrambled egg

All muffins and oatcakes are homemade by Louise at Millers64.
Jams and marmalade are either organic or homemade.
